After 40 years and thousands of dollars of loyal patronage I am left extremely disappointed at my recent experience with this vet service. My little dog became unwell and after ringing 2 days in a row...
After 40 years and thousands of dollars of loyal patronage I am left extremely disappointed at my recent experience with this vet service. My little dog became unwell and after ringing 2 days in a row trying to get in was told to go on a cancellation list otherwise book in in another 4 days time as long weekend coming up. Rang another vet and had an appointment within half an hour. Was told this practice has been sold to a corporation . This explains difference in policy to me. Never would this have happened when owned by previous owners. Needless to say I won't be back and will share my experience with others!!

Called today after our dog injured himself playing in our yard. Great advice given to me over the phone as I wasn’t sure whether to see if he healed by himself or take him to the vet.

Called today after our dog injured himself playing in our yard. Great advice given to me over the phone as I wasn’t sure whether to see if he healed by himself or take him to the vet.
So glad I found this fantastic Veterinarian Hospital. The staff were all lovely, our dog had his leg thoroughly investigated and luckily it was just a strain and was given the appropriate treatment.
Thanks so much to all the staff. Very happy to find a new Veterinarian Hospital that cares for our dog after moving to Albury.

I attended Hume Animal Hospital this evening (after hours emergency) with a very sick little old dog. Becky the Vet and the Veterinary Nurse were absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The tests (ultrasound and withdrawal of fluid) for diagnosis were spot on. Everything was explained very professionally and clearly to me. I don't think I have ever been happier with the treatment by a Vet, standard of care and respect for my beloved little dog. Thank you so much Becky and the Vet Nurse on duty this evening - so sorry I didn't get name of Vet Nurse. Keryn McNeill.

Horrible place my dog was taken to vet 24/2 i was told he legally wasn't mine even after paying the 400 adoption fee 7 months ago which was including the microchip to be transferred into my name WDR ...
Horrible place my dog was taken to vet 24/2 i was told he legally wasn't mine even after paying the 400 adoption fee 7 months ago which was including the microchip to be transferred into my name WDR claim not to have dog but they are legal owners as they did not change chip info
why wasn't Ranger called i thought that was what you had to do legally with stray dogs ??where is my Bob Marley ??

So glad I found this fantastic Veterinarian Hospital. The staff were all lovely, our dog had his leg thoroughly investigated and luckily it was just a strain and was given the appropriate treatment.

I attended Hume Animal Hospital this evening (after hours emergency) with a very sick little old dog. Becky the Vet and the Veterinary Nurse were absolutely fantastic.
