I normally wouldn't do this BUT I need to share our recent experience at a local vet in Kurrajong. We had to use Jonora as it was after hours when we found a paralysis tick on our daughter's cocker spaniel. We have had to seek vet treatments for the same condition for other dogs that we have had in the past and were aware of what needed to be done. Unfortunately the treatment that Marley received was somewhat different to what we had experienced in the past and as a result we were very disappointed. Seven days of hospitalisation with mixed messages from the staff during that time about her condition and $1800 later resulted in us removing her from their care and getting a second opinion from our regular vet. We were happy to pay the additional money for peace of mind and am pleased to say she is at home with us now. This is the second such experience for us and will be the last. Note to self, regardless of the time, we will never use them again.Read Less

Very nice vets here, you can tell they really do love animals and care for ours. They offer discounted de-sexing of cats as they are aware of the ever increasing population and therefor euthenising of these poor animals. Prices seem very reasonable, especially compared to other vets in the area who charge a lot more. I have never been refused after hours treatments and have always felt welcomed! Thanks guys!Read Less
