I have one of my babies in with them at the moment ( Marley the bunny ) after getting desexed. They have gone above and beyond to make sure she gets back on track, even taking her home with them to watch her, and letting me sit with her even after hours! Thankyou soo much summer street vets

I cannot recommend this vet practice enough. I have just returned home having travelled 5 hours each way with my little dog so he could have surgery to repair his badly injured shoulder. All the staff, from reception to nurses and vets are were absolutely amazing. Not only did my dog get the very best of care, so did I.... Thank you very much to all the crew at Summer Street.

Rang up to ask if it was at all possible to pick up my dog tomorrow for desexing (explained I have lost my licence etc) & was first advised they had no staff to pick him up & then told to hold to only be told it's $25 each way for pickup & returning him home. Considering I was going to get him desexed, micro chipped & vaccinated I think it's appalling service!! I also take my cat to you & was going to set up an account where I pay fortnightly as discussed with receptionist a few weeks ago when I was in with my cat. Very disappointed & will be going elsewhere.

I cannot recommend this vet practice enough. I have just returned home having travelled 5 hours each way with my little dog so he could have surgery to repair his badly injured shoulder. All the staff, from reception to nurses and vets are were absolutely amazing. Not only did my dog get the very best of care, so did I.... Thank you very much to all the crew at Summer Street.

Rang up to ask if it was at all possible to pick up my dog tomorrow for desexing (explained I have lost my licence etc) & was first advised they had no staff to pick him up & then told to hold to only be told it's $25 each way for pickup & returning him home.
