Ourimbah Vet has been there for us over the last 6 months with our beloved German Shepard family member (Naveen).
From A TPLO through fighting infection (with an elderly dog), the care of the team has been amazing.
Through Covid our business struggled financially and yet the team there made it easy, offering payment plans and advise.
Finally in the end (for our main man), his spleen and internals shut down - this brings me to the real gold of Ourimbah vet.
Our Gorgeous Vet sat with my wife and I for an hour, discussing all the final probabilities, as we laboured with the loss and indecision.
All the time wearing a mask and being so professional. She really was the light in our darkest hour.
Yet still .....Two days later I ran into her (she was in her civilian clothes) at the beach and without the mask, the recognition was hard to determine (to a point where I feel embarrassed).
My point is; These professionals help people through terrible situations daily and in the end there can be little or no recognition for the hours of laboring attention they offer.
This review is that recognition - I thank you, my family Thanks you for being there for us.

I've never been overly fond of vets but this place is amazing! All the staff are so friendly and knowledgable. They always look after our Charlie Bear so well even in an after hours hot cross bun eating crisis. The puppy school is really great as well. Well done Ourimbah Vet!

Tonight we took our 2 doggies in for their annual injections. The surgery was packed full of emergencies and was extremely busy. The reception staff were not only friendly but helpful and kept calm the entire time will doing everything in a timely matter. Our vet Henry was rushed off his feet bit managed to keep us informed and to give our dogs a full health check and give us feedback on every aspect! It may not seem important but we pride ourselves on giving our animals great care and we look forward to their annual check ups and we were thankful we weren't rushed over. The clinic is running fantastically and all staff we encountered were exceptional!

If you love your pets, then this is the vet hospital for you. Tom is always wonderful with my King Charles Cavalier, he actually saved his life! It's the best feeling when you find a vet that actually cares and will go that extra mile to help. I've never before had a vet call to follow up and see how everything is going! It's obvious Tom loves his job and you will feel confident knowing that you're receiving the best care possible for your furry loved one. I couldn't recommend a vet any higher than Tom. The ladies on reception are lovely and helpful too. You'll be happy you went there.

Tom is a wonderful vet, you won't find anyone else more caring or dedicated to your pets health than him. He goes out of his way to help and actually calls you to follow up and see how things are going. Tom has literally saved my King Charles Cavaliers life and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'll be taking my pets to see him for the rest of their lives as I know they'll be taken care of properly and with the respect that they deserve.

I have visited a couple of different veterinary hospitals on the coast over the years , I feel that Ourimbah Vet Hospital would be the best, most professional and caring from the Vets to the Nurses always friendly and actually listen to your concerns for your animals as I own dogs and horses and in the past even guinea pigs. I would not go anywhere else .

We recently purchased a kitten from Ourimbah Vets and unfortunately one month later he developed an abscess on his back. The vets were fantastic in response. We have never had a problem with appointments, the customer service is excellent with their professional and caring attitude and follow up service was greatly appreciated (We received a phone call the next day after the procedure to ask how our kitten was recovering). I would have no hesitation in recommending Ourimbah Vets. The extended opening hours is also a bonus.

Ourimbah Vet has been there for us over the last 6 months with our beloved German Shepard family member (Naveen).
From A TPLO through fighting infection (with an elderly dog), the care of the team has been amazing.

Tonight we took our 2 doggies in for their annual injections. The surgery was packed full of emergencies and was extremely busy. The reception staff were not only friendly but helpful and kept calm the entire time will doing everything in a timely matter. Our vet Henry was rushed off his feet bit managed to keep us informed and to give our dogs a full health check and give us feedback on every aspect!
