Parramatta Vet don't have any empathy, just play with people emotion and innocent life of pet who can't speak.
Had took my Pet in emergency to Parramatta Vet and had no major issue.

Parramatta Vet don't have any empathy, just play with people emotion and innocent life of pet who can't speak.
Had took my Pet in emergency to Parramatta Vet and had no major issue.
What I got was Pet in very bad shape and no response. When we asked what happen one simple answer was that he has gone through lots of test today as result of this he is tired.
What happen on next day my Pet went through Euthanasia and we lost him forever.
What it looks from Paramatta Vet was that they don't care and simple word I will say they murdered my beloved pet.
Will recommend to Parramatta Vet that don't play with life who can't speak, they come to your clinic to be looked up and taken care and have good life, not ending their life.

I could not possibly recommend Parramatta Vet any higher than I do - all of the staff are nothing short of amazing, very friendly, polite & knowledgeable (not to mention accommodating for sooks like myself that cry even with good news).
I have been taking my furbabies (old and new) to them for a few years and will not go anywhere else! From checkups to surgery, they are amazing in all aspects. Thank you and keep up the great work :)

Have taken our two dogs there for their check ups etc and alwaye found the staff friendly, efficient and professional.
They were also very accommodating when we had to have our dog put down, and even sent us a Dog Heaven book for our kids to help them with the loss of a furry family member which was very kind.
Imagine we'll be taking all our pets there over the years.

They were too gutless to put down an old dog with severe psychological problems that literally required 24/7 care. The RSPCA had to do it instead after assessing the dog so extreme that there was no chance of anything but euthanasia. The dog had previously boarded with this vet and they could see some of the issues but refused to put down a "physically healthy" dog. I loved that dog so much and hate that I had to make such a tough decision but it had to be made. The dog was in mental torture, self harming with no quality of life anymore and it was cruel making it live through that every time. Parramatta Vetinary Hospital were extremely unprofessional to not only refuse the service but also not refer the dog to another service that it could assess the dog properly and would make the necessary decision, they did nothing at all.

They are thorough and response quickly. I have pet insurance and they sent me paper work within the hour whereas my previous vet took weeks and never followed up.

We had to put our beloved cat down at this place 2 days ago and the lack of empathy was unbelievable. We were asked to make a decision on whether or not to operate on him and were frantically trying to get a hold of them on phone to inform them to go ahead, but they did not have call waiting. We tried calling them for over an hour before deciding to leave work to drive down to give them our decision in person.... only to be told by their highly unprofessional vet that we left it too late and that she had to "go home."
Definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

We had to put our beloved cat down at this place 2 days ago and the lack of empathy was unbelievable.
