We enjoyed out first visit to these guys with our new pup. We've had dogs before (all our lives really) but it was good to get a refresher on having a pup around the house. It's obvious these guys know their domestic beasts well and we look forward to dealing with them.

Our male dog had a dreadful experience at this vet. When we picked him after after being desexed, his undercarriage was bruised and raw and his scrotum was bruised and swollen to the size of a mandarin. The doctor assured us he was ok, saying some dogs react to being shaved and he had very thick skin. After a week, it was looking no better, so we took him back. The vet said it was fine and it could take months for the swelling to reduce. Six days later, on the Sunday before w...e were to take him back for the removal of the stitches, the wound started to bleed. We had kept him inside and very quiet. We took him immediately to the after hours vet. He had an infection, blood clots and the surgery had to be redone. Needless to say we were not happy. They did a wonderful job and two days later when we picked him up the wound looked so much better and the swelling was half the size. On top of everything, Boundary Rd did not even call to see if our dog was ok when we didn’t take him back to have the stitches removed. Our dog is fine now and that’s what matters, but I think the skill and care at Boundary Rd left a lot to be desired. So, a $300 operation cost us almost $4000 and our dog went through an unecessarily horrible experience. Not impressed and we won’t be going back. See More

I've always been happy to recommend this clinic to anyone who asks as the staff are usually friendly and helpful. However, I am shocked and disappointed in the treatment and care of my cat. When I asked for her front nails to be trimmed and for her to be wormed, the vet asked if he could take her to the back room with his assistant, which I allowed, I then heard her growling and struggling for what seemed like far too long and the sounds coming from there did not sit well with me. When they brought her back to me she was frothing at the mouth, with the fur around her neck falling off in clumps and extremely distraught. Once I was home, I noticed they had used blunt clippers on her and the cuts were really close to the quick, she also struggled to close her mouth and spent the rest of the day under my bed. I would recommend you be present with your pet during their check-ups at all times.

I bought my little Peanut today for her final vaccination and I would like to thanks those very welcoming and helpful people Mr Nguyen and his receptionist. He spent a long time with us being really informatif about everything I needed to know in term of taking care of a puppy, health etc.. They were very helpful in giving me advice re getting me and my neighbour's cat spayed (took in a stray). I appreciated it as I didn't have any experience with vets, since last time I had a pet I was a child and everything was taken care of by my parents. Clear instructions re post-op care was helpfully given to me in a letter, and they even offered advice on who to speak to for getting a discount with them when I mentioned I hold a concession card due to chronic illness. When I stopped in randomly while out running errands they were happy to answer my questions re another stray we took in and her kittens. Price wise I find them comparable, there is parking underneath if you drive down their narrow driveway and I love the fact there's Charlie Lovett next door I can sit in to destress afterwards or during appointments.

They were very helpful in giving me advice re getting me and my neighbour's cat spayed (took in a stray). I appreciated it as I didn't have any experience with vets, since last time I had a pet I was a child and everything was taken care of by my parents. Clear instructions re post-op care was helpfully given to me in a letter, and they even offered advice on who to speak to for getting a discount with them when I mentioned I hold a concession card due to chronic illness. This vet is very good and not OTT expensive as vets go. I would recommend this vet to any of my friends as they are friendly and there's even a beautiful cat who comes out to greet you when you arrive

It's not often these days that you receive excellent customer service so I want to take this opportunity to thank Bryant and his team @ Boundary Rd Veterinary Hospital. I was in all sorts this morning when my boy Digger had ruptured his ear causing a heamatoma which required immediate surgery! Bryant was very soothing and handled all my concerns with the upmost professionalism.. Whether your loved 1 requires a routine check up or something more major you can be assured that they will be in the best hands possible.. Thank you again I can't thank you enough :)

Our male dog had a dreadful experience at this vet. Price wise I find them comparable, there is parking underneath if you drive down their narrow driveway and I love the fact there's Charlie Lovett next door I can sit in to destress afterwards or during appointments.

They were very helpful in giving me advice re getting me and my neighbour's cat spayed (took in a stray). I appreciated it as I didn't have any experience with vets, since last time I had a pet I was a child and everything was taken care of by my parents. Clear instructions re post-op care was helpfully given to me in a letter, and they even offered advice on who to speak to for getting a discount with them when I mentioned I hold a concession card due to chronic illness. When I stopped in randomly while out running errands they were happy to answer my questions re another stray we took in and her kittens. Price wise I find them comparable, there is parking underneath if you drive down their narrow driveway and I love the fact there's Charlie Lovett next door I can sit in to destress afterwards or during appointments.

This vet is very good and not OTT expensive as vets go. I would recommend this vet to any of my friends as they are friendly and there's even a beautiful cat who comes out to greet you when you arrive

Very good Vet. Saved our puppy. And gives very good ongoing advice. Prices are equivalent or lower than other Vets in area.
I do recommend this Vet.

It's not often these days that you receive excellent customer service so I want to take this opportunity to thank Bryant and his team @ Boundary Rd Veterinary Hospital. I was in all sorts this morning when my boy Digger had ruptured his ear causing a heamatoma which required immediate surgery! Bryant was very soothing and handled all my concerns with the upmost professionalism.. Whether your loved 1 requires a routine check up or something more major you can be assured that they will be in the best hands possible.. Thank you again I can't thank you enough :)
