This amazing practice deserves the highest praise for the care they deliver.
From the moment you walk through the door and are meet the friendly reception staff (special mention to Mandy ) through to seeing vets or nurses you are assured of being given exceptional treatment and genuine concern for your pet.
If you are looking for a vet with maximum level of care and compassion I highly recommend Dr Mila Kasby. She has cared for my beautiful corgi for 14 years and has been a special person in our lives during many difficult times.
Sadly I had to say goodbye to my beloved Ben 3 weeks ago and once again the staff were exceptional (special thank you to Dr Clare O'connor )
I need to send a huge thank you to Jodie for being there with a massive hug and a much loved shoulder to cry on at this difficult time.
Keep up the great work and you will all remain in my heart forever.

Such fantastic customer service and they truly treat your pet like their own. They provide a great level of Care, professionalism and compassion that allows you to feel comfortable leaving your pet in their care

This veterinary practice is great, I've been taking my much loved animal family to them for probably close to 15 or more years & they have always given them the very best of care. All the vets in this practice are extremely knowledgeable, but my personal vet of choice is Dr Clare O'Connor she is fantastic & I can't recommend her highly enough, Clare is always caring & professional & i always feel confident placing any of my animals in her care. She recently took care of our latest edition to the family, our kitten Ollie & once again she was brilliant (Thanks Once Again Clare Your The BEST). All the nurses are great at what they do & the receptionists are friendly & helpful (Especially Mandy). So if you are looking for a vet to take your pet to you really can't go past this one, Best Wishes, Kylie, Endora, Merlin & Ollie Morgan

Suggested 10k PLUS exploratory surgery for my dog as they didnt know exactly what was wrong. I couldnt afford that so they suggested i put my dog down.
I called the RSPCA and asked them to save my do...
Suggested 10k PLUS exploratory surgery for my dog as they didnt know exactly what was wrong. I couldnt afford that so they suggested i put my dog down.
I called the RSPCA and asked them to save my dog and I would surrender him (give him up to be sold) but i just wanted him saved. The RSPCA seemed to think that he could be saved, that they knew what the problem was, and to bring him down.
I took my dog to the RSPCA, and $3,300 later (Much less then the 10k PLUS quoted by Pendle Hill Vet) my dog was all fixed up and ready to come home

I moved out of the area a few years ago however i still go back when my animals need treatment. I like David's professional no BS attitude, his fair prices,( unlike other vets who charge like a wounded bull) and his friendly, helpful staff! Highly recommend .

Been taking our cats there for years. It's a no nonsense clinic and David isn't the most verbose person but the treatment is excellent and you are not ripped off like you are at other veterinary 'hospitals'. For example, you will not be guilted to accept costly and unnecessary tests, scans and treatments that those 'hospitals' con you into.
Highly recommended!

Condescending and indifferent. After a 5 minute consultation the vet hastily claimed my dog had 'colic' and we were pushed to leave. I ended up taking her to a different vet the next day.
Not recomme...
