AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG! Unfortunately we didn't check the reviews here before we booked our dog in for BOAS surgery. I was recommended from a fb group that I now know doesn't allow bad reviews on vets. He gives a big talk about how he has never failed however I have now met at least four other people who have needed revision after seeing him as their dogs noses and throats have collapsed. This isn't something minor, this is huge. Unfortunately we're also in this boat and need to spend another $6000+ seeing another vet after we paid $6000 on surgery with Glenn 'the wonder vet'. You wouldn't even know my dog had surgery aside from the fact that he is worse. He also doesn't follow up and I have been trying to get in touch for a while and he just dodges my calls and insists I pay an appointment. Dodgy much? DONT LET THIS GUY TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE! Read Less

Rang around vets and petshops Monday night 2/9 to get $35 calcium syrup for nursing dog, knew she needed it. Explicitly told by vet nurse (Maria) and practice owner of PetVets (Glen) not to give it. Wednesday night my dog’s calcium levels dropped to the point of her being prone on the floor, having convulsions, hypersalivating and very nearly dying. Would have meant all her six puppies would have died. She’s treated in emergency with intravenous calcium and we are sent home with the VERY same calcium syrup I was seeking on Monday. Vet bill for treating the acute condition: $400. Vetpets’ practice owner’s position: given the same situation he would do the same thing again. Will not consider even partially refunding the $400 charged for emergency treatment needed as a direct result of practice’s actions. Read Less

Very friendly staff who are always willing to accomidate. Very clean, tidy and professional. Open early and late and take good care of the animals. They allowed me to inspect all the facilities of the cattery before booking her in, and they're happy to worm/flea and clip their claws. The vets themselves are also positive, friendly and caring. They've ays been gentle and reassuring to my skittish fluff ball of a cat. I can highly recomend this place as both a vet, and a cattery. Very well done. Read Less

Highly recommend Pet Vets! Glen and their wonderful team just delivered our french bulldog litter and it went so smoothly. Glen is a wonderful vet with a mountain of knowledge and a genuine love of animals that is apparent from the get go. Couldn't be happier with the service we received he was quick and efficient with the c section and was always available to answer questions and concerns along the way. Big thanks to you all I will be telling everyone with a pet I know about Pet Vets 😃 Read Less

These guys are so great with my two little French Bulldogs. Appointments are fitted in usually within 24 hours so our pooches are taken care of ASAP. Our little girl has just gone in for a cruciate ligament repair and I couldn't recommend them more. The cost is comparable to other vets and the care is just out of this world. Glen and the girls are very caring, gentle and affectionate to both of our dogs, one of which is quite shy. They call us with updates and are more than happy to answer any questions, at any time. Petvets are great for any animal but I would highly recommend them for any French Bulldog owner!! Read Less

This has to be the most unprofessional outfit I have ever seen in any industry. Staff were extremely rude, disorganised and dishonest. They quoted one price upon dropping the cat off and upon pickup they have doubled the initial quote with no advice given or mention of it. When I explain that the last time we were here for the same thing and that I was quoted a price yesterday (which they checked the record for mind you) their answer was "either we undercharged or your lying" WOW just WOW! To make matters worse my cat was there over night and she came back starving. Dont take your pet here!!! Read Less
