I will be changing vets! After the passing of our beloved chee chee on the 9/2/18. The most heartless vet I have ever had to deal with! He was nearly 18! And did not even get a condolence card! Instead of giving free coffees!! while you wait ! that would be a good idea! I also got charged $39 to speek to a vet about his passing. When your heartbroken you need I bit more than that!! I've had a terrible time with these people over the last 7 years. Their products are so over priced compared to online. I am very poor and when i took my sick pet in to be treated they would'nt do anything until i could prove that i had the money. I have recently been called a liar and a thief for taking a flea product which was ineffective for a refund. I would'nt take a cane toad there Read Less

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and vets at this surgery. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgable. They've gone out of their way to order items they don't stock for me. And when it was time to unfortunately let my cat Muffy go, they managed that most difficult time sensitively and thoughtfully. In the last 6 months I have needed to take each of my cats in for treatment. The latest one was an emergency. Cannot praise the staff enough. Upfront with pricing so there were no nasty surprises and excellent care for my babies. And I just love Eddie, the resident cat with personality plus and he always says hello when we are there. The experience of Gary, Priscilla and their staff is evident in all aspects of care that we have sought for our pets. They are very thorough with assessment, diagnosis and treatment and have a reminder system to make sure we don't overlook routine treatments, worming, etc for our dogs. We have sought treatment for our dogs at all hours of the day and night and there has always been a vet available. The staff have also shown us great care and sensitivity when required.
