Great veterinary place! I had to get my cat in here last minute on a Sunday as he was quite sick and although they were fully booked, they moved things around to accommodate him and see him. And this was my first patient experience. I was so impressed. I’ve now continued to go to MedVet ever since. Fantastic service! Everyone is so friendly and they clearly care about animals. 5 stars all around!

VetMed Randwick are vets not a business. They are caring and professional, we visited two other vets closer to our home and they don't compare. Our much loved 11 year old poodle needed 8 teeth out. The staff called me before and after the procedure. Their billing process was transparent and I sensed a real care. Thank you.

Caring staff, led by Dr Andrew. H. They have looked after our 11yr old Caviler King Charles for most of her life. They have long opening hours, handy for emergencies, and if things get a bit more complicated they are happy to refer on to a suitable specialist clinic. They seem to be up with new tech, used the Penn hip analysis early with our dog to reduce some aging effects for our dog. I don’t think chopping & changing Vets is a good idea, though I’m happy to recommend VetMed if a long relationship with a Vet is what you are looking for.

Made an appointment a week in advance for my dog's vaccination. Arrived on time and kept waiting 25 mins without any communication regarding the delay. Asked how much longer we'd have to wait and couldn't give me a clear answer. I understand animal emergencies happen, however we had the same experience a few years ago with our cat- significant delay and no communication.
We have taken our business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same. This vet needs to address its lack of staff and service issues.

Fantastic veterinarian staff but unfortunately since new management has taken over the quality of the customer service has become abysmal. The new manager sat in her office doing nothing while an incompetent employee took forever to serve the waiting customers and when confronted about it she made it clear that she didn't intend to either train her staff properly or to help out in any way. Worth going here for the vet, but would avoid because of new management.

Both my terminally ill dog and my family were treated with the utmost sensitivity.
You could not do better than entrust your animals to Vetmed Randwick.

Unfortunately this clinic lacks up to date expertise. They not only completely missed that she had a dead tooth that needed extraction (picked up by another vet practice) they also failed to diagnose...
Unfortunately this clinic lacks up to date expertise. They not only completely missed that she had a dead tooth that needed extraction (picked up by another vet practice) they also failed to diagnose tick paralysis in my dog which resulted in respiratory paralysis. This is not a practice that I would recommend under any circumstances.

Unfortunately this clinic lacks up to date expertise.
