Wonderful vets and nurses, highly professional and very warm and welcoming. The hospital is always clean and well presented and the nurses always greet you with a smile. Dr Thompson is definitely the best vet in the area. Their prices may be a little higher than others, but you get what you pay for and they are definitely worth every cent.

We called on the weekend and the vet's closed at 12 noon. Although it advertised as an emergency vet, they would not wait 5 minutes more to see our little dog. Attendance was denied by this vet. Our little dog died that day because we were too far away from the next available emergency care and he passed away in the car. I cannot recommend these vets at all.

I am so impressed with this veterinary hospital. We needed help with a very sick cat found in our yard and other vet could or would help us. When we rang Richmond Veterinary Hospital and they were so keen to help us even though we had not been there before. All staff were so kind and caring and put the needs of the cat first. They spent a lot of time and effort helping the cat and were so professional. We are so grateful. We have lots of pets and wont be taking them anywhere else.

I am so impressed with this veterinary hospital. We needed help with a very sick cat found in our yard and other vet could or would help us. When we rang Richmond Veterinary Hospital and they were so keen to help us even though we had not been there before. All staff were so kind and caring and put the needs of the cat first. They spent a lot of time and effort helping the cat and were so professional. We are so grateful. We have lots of pets and wont be taking them anywhere else.
