My dog escaped our yard on Saturday. Whoever dropped her into the vet. Thankyou. Vet called us and my husband said he'd be there at 2pm. Closing time. He arrived right at 2pm. They then decided to cha...
My dog escaped our yard on Saturday. Whoever dropped her into the vet. Thankyou. Vet called us and my husband said he'd be there at 2pm. Closing time. He arrived right at 2pm. They then decided to charge a boarding fee which went through at 2.03pm on my bank statement. $28 for 3 minutes!!!!!!! Talk about robbery!!!! I came in on Monday to challenge such unethical behaviour and was told they can't deal with it as the boss isn't in till Wednesday. Seems fair then that I should charge for my inconvenience of having to return!? This place is overpriced to the extreme and just want to take your money. I challenge those that attend here to shop around! You'll be pleasantly surprised.

Just so everyone out there know they are not open till 7pm there last appointment they take is at 6:20pm.
You should change your opening times and not be so dishonest !!!!!!!
