I rang this morning to make an appointment to have a dog vaccinated, I could not get an appointment for TEN days, that is beyond ridiculous, surely this practice cannot be that busy
I rang my usual vet and I have an appointment tomorrow
worst thing is I recommended to people who I work with to use this practice, I certainly will not be doing that in future

They have looked after, repaired, revitalized, re-instated and given all our pets wonderful and professional treatment.
Over the years, we have become friends and although we now live over 40 Kms away, we will still take our pets to them. Our family sincerely owes Maurice and Rob our thanks for the outstanding care they have taken over the 35 years of all our past, present and future pets.

I have been taking my 2 Persian chinchilla cats to Rooty Hill Vet. Since they were born (about 10 years ago). I live near the city and it takes me a few hours for a return trip, but it absolutely worth it.
Rob has been seeing my cats. He is knowledgeable, gentle with cats and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.
Pricewise, is very cheap to compare with other vets.

Always a wonderful place to visit. Vets and staff are great, they answer your many questions and are very reassuring. They know their stuff and most importantly they care about your pet. We have been coming here for a year, even had our dog desexed and they are one of the few flexible places that are open after hours. You may have to wait if you come closer to closing, but it is definitely worth it and your pets will thank you!

This is the best vet you could ever ask for. They are extremely busy, and there is often a wait, but they don't make you feel any less valued for it. People come from various places to this vet, whether they live nearby or not. Every time you're here, you'll meet a new person that will tell you how they've been coming to this vet for 20, 30 etc. years. They'll tell you that they travel great distances to be here. And if you have a pet that attends this vet, you'll see why. Rob and Maurice are amazing.

Since a little girl we've been taking our pets here. Now I have a family of my own we still trust our furry kids to Maurice, Robert and the rest of the crew. They are experts in the care of any animal including wildlife. I unfortunately came across an injured Magpie and Galah it was not a problem for them to take them in! Our three dogs have always been seen by this practice and no other. It now takes a little while to travel but for peace of mind and comfort it's the ultimate outcome!

Nothing but good things to say about this veterinary clinic and its staff. They all provided the utmost care for my ill cat that had to spend 4 weeks there. I highly recommend this vet because you will find ease in knowing that your pet is in the right hands. Kept doing all they could to make sure my cat would get better and didn't overcharge like a lot of places normally do. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

3. They explain in easy terms about your animal's welfare and the Vets seem
young and vibrant to the point you get a feeling they REALLY want to help you.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone their shop front mayb look a bit shabby but wait till you walk inside you simply feel they have your interests at heart and ps* they are always busy and yet still seem to make you feel important enough to care so the waiting time doesnt seem to matter..
Just a footnote........
I was told about this Vet a while back by a friend, well a while back my dog had a growth on his belly i was quoted by other Vets twice as much as Rooty Hill Vets and they were confident to get the whole problem sorted and they kept their word and the price never changed....

Rob has been seeing my cats. He is knowledgeable, gentle with cats and professional. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nothing but good things to say about this veterinary clinic and its staff. They all provided the utmost care for my ill cat that had to spend 4 weeks there. I highly recommend this vet because you will find ease in knowing that your pet is in the right hands. Kept doing all they could to make sure my cat would get better and didn't overcharge like a lot of places normally do. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

I've been going there for years and have to say these are the best vets. Usually like to see Robert or Maurice. All staff are great. Very compassionate and patient if you are facing a sad time with one of your pets. Have to travel a bit to get there but so worth it and on top of all that there prices are very reasonable.

1.They are passionate about there job.
2.They definitely never overcharge.
3. They explain in easy terms about your animal's welfare and the Vets seem
young and vibrant to the point you get a feeling they REALLY want to help you.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone their shop front mayb look a bit shabby but wait till you walk inside you simply feel they have your interests at heart and ps* they are always busy and yet still seem to make you feel important enough to care so the waiting time doesnt seem to matter..
Just a footnote........
I was told about this Vet a while back by a friend, well a while back my dog had a growth on his belly i was quoted by other Vets twice as much as Rooty Hill Vets and they were confident to get the whole problem sorted and they kept their word and the price never changed....
Quick Friendly Courteous and never Overcharged...
