Callie and the team here are FABULOUS! I met Callie at a dog festival and spoke about getting my dogs teeth cleaned, as she is quite old I had been quoted over $1k at another vet to do them. I made an appointment with Callie and they were able to put my dog straight in for the teeth cleaning the next day and it cost half as much as the other vet quoted. The service was lovely, calling me to let me know how my pup was and then that she was awake. Highly recommend to anyone with pets - these guys really do care about your furry friends! Read Less

They were so supportive when I was going through an extremely difficult time with my Rottie, who I unfortunately lost to cancer - all through his treatment, & since his passing they have shown nothing but care & support, even though the majority of his specialised treatment took place elsewhere. They were always across my dogs progress, checking his notes & I felt 100% confident that they were across everything whenever I took him into the practice. Their level of care & support did not end with my dog, it extended to me also. The level of expertise across all areas of pet ownership is comforting - whether I had a clinical question or more so lately, questions with regard to behaviour & training, there was always someone I could ask for advice. The caring nature, & experience of the nurses & vets is second to none - they are so compassionate. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a great Vet practice Read Less

I called Petstock Vet at Rouse Hill to enquire about prices of consultation as my kitten had become quite sick in the last hour. I advised the lady who sneered the phone that i'd like to bring my 5 month old kitten in today. She told me the consultation price and that was fine. Off I went to Petstock vet, on arrival i waited 10 minutes for someone to greet me, One female staff member walked straight past me. I was the only customer in the whole store!! After ringing the bell three time I was finally made acquaintance with someone whom still unsure of her name Just for her to tell me they were unable to see me until 4pm! I asked her why she didn't make me aware of this on the phone and she said because you didn't ask...I may have been stressed due to my pet being quite ill but it helps to be a little bit extra aware when you may know a customers motives (e.g asking for price of consultation for today clearly I was going to be coming into the store, advise me on the phone of the hours you do consultations). Overall poor customer service. I highly advice Vineyard Vet on Old Windsor Road who will accompany your every need, going above and beyond in all aspects. Read Less

Lovely staff and it is great to have a Vet who is willing to give you different opinions regarding pet care. It's best to make an appointment but we just walked in and they were very accommodating. Thumbs up! Read Less
