On recently moving to the area I needed to find a new vet for my two beautiful and treasured dogs. I found The Lake Vet. I choose them as they have 3 locations at Swansea, Belmont and Charlestown and it is always possible to get in quickly when I need to. The Vets move between the 3 locations and I have been very satisfied with each one I have dealt with. The staff are all really friendly and super helpful and have an obvious love of animals. I highly recommend them and have already connected close friends to them.
We have not only had the usual yearly visits but my cavoodle recently under went cruciate ligament surgery. The care and support they gave her was excellent and the recommendations to assist her recovery were great. She is now doing so well. We have also used the behaviourist to assist with dogs that are anxious and need some management strategies put in place to help both the dog and its owner. This was wonderful and they come out to your home to see how everything works. This combined with some medication has made such a difference to my little cavoodle.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Read Less
