I am very sad to see that Jan has vanished without a word. He has looked after my shepherds for 10 years and now I don't have the chance to tell him how much I regarded his truthfulness, his exceptional lack of greed, his care of my girls and his unbelievable regard when we were faced (several times...) with their transition to Heaven. I have no idea who to go to now, as the other vets around here charge like wounded bulls. How can someone held in such high esteem in the community just "up index cards" and go without a word to their clients? We don't get the local papers at our place, so there may have been a piece written there. Wherever you are Jan, Keith, Indigo, Wakonda, Miss Twiggy and I wish you the very best for your future.
