My 16 year old cat began to require critical medicine monthly to stay alive. I would always order two weeks ahead of time to find that they had on 3 seperate occasions lost it, not ordered it or sold it to someone else. The receptionist was horribly incompetent and rude. The vets were good but I just can't ever go back there again this cat is family and they didn't have the care needed to help me. Going to lake Rd vet from now on. Read Less
