We got our puppy from breeder yesterday and take it to the vet straight away and inform them, the breeder told us the puppy is due for C5 vaccination. When we arrive at the vet, the receptionist said ...
We got our puppy from breeder yesterday and take it to the vet straight away and inform them, the breeder told us the puppy is due for C5 vaccination. When we arrive at the vet, the receptionist said no vet is available at the moment booked in for 530pm. Went in and see the Vet, the Vet is professional told us we don't need the C5 yet. Would be more appreciated if they told us straight away that the puppy doesn't need C5 yet instead of spending 20mins and $69 talking to the vet and found out that we dont need the vaccination yet.

We cannot begin to say how wonderful a service we received from Anthony. At a time when our family was at our most vulnerable and saddened by the fact that we had to say goodbye to our beloved German Shepherd, Max, he came to our home, reassured us that the time was right, treat Max with the utmost respect and dignity, and left us time alone to grieve him. He truly understood everything that we were going through, and acted accordingly. Thank you Anthony - from the very bottom of our broken hearts xx

Not every trip to the vet ends with a happy result and unfortunately my last visit ended in the loss of our furry family member. I want to say thank you to the awesome staff at this clinic who made such a hard time as comfortable as it possibly could be. It was the most I could ask for in a situation like this and I am grateful Rala's last moments were shared with your team... you all made me feel at home and supported during such a hard time.

We got our puppy from breeder yesterday and take it to the vet straight away and inform them, the breeder told us the puppy is due for C5 vaccination.
