Very dirty facilities, and horrible customer service. Place was unkempt and dirty. We got bumped back 2 people for no reason at all, then we were treated rudely by the vet. Facilities were 3rd world, ...
Very dirty facilities, and horrible customer service. Place was unkempt and dirty. We got bumped back 2 people for no reason at all, then we were treated rudely by the vet. Facilities were 3rd world, looked like someones house/lounge Room had been converted into the surgery area. Never go back there ever... . But the Coffs facilities are amazing from the same company... Go figure. Wish I could complain to a vetanary board or similar. This place should be shut down
