Really lovely people, who actually appreciate the animals they're taking care of. They are a but expensive but that's a given since it is a small business looking out for their staff and equipment, to help better their services. Parking out back and on streets around corner makes a huge difference. They do claw clipping and teeth care for a price and can perform xrays, blood and urine tests on site so rest assured they have most things that might be needed.Read Less

I'm on holidays, forgot medication for puppy gastro, rang 4 other clinics who refused to approach/ ring my vet back home 300km away for confirmation of a prescription and demanded to see the dog prior to issue of the antibiotic I required (too busy and greedy -$$$- to care in other words). Unanderra vet clinic offered to ring my area centre, so that I would not even need to bring the dog in as there was already a valid prescription in use. I chose to bring the pup in anyway and was pleasently surprised by the friendly nature and overall feel of the centre. My pup was seen to promptly and was back on track with her prescription within two hours. I would reccomend this centre, the care given and the friendly nature of the staff. Read Less

My husband unfortunately entrusted our small pet dog with Unanderra veterinary clinic after she had not eaten anything for 8 days, in our desperate attempt to save her life Unanderra Veterinary Clinic advice was to keep her there overnight treating her with IV and then began administering her with drugs which we did not agree to. They may have felt confident with there approach but we didn't, after questioning Unanderra vets approach for there treating of her not eating, and refusing my husbands wishes to follow up with a full body X-ray to check our pet for internal blockages, or not even bothering to X-ray her jaw for her existing denting issues and possibly discovering deeper issues there, and flat out refusing to do any blood work to check her internal organs for proper functioning besides a very basic liver test that we had done elsewhere for our pet, we had no other choice but to have her withdrawn and offered our pet to Green Cross Vet in Wollongong. Green Cross Vet in Wollongong were more than happy to do thorough testing and investigating to find a diagnoses for us and now have our business. Unanderra vet wasted our money and precious time we needed to help save our little dogs life, God hope she survives this terrible condition. After 9 days of our pet not eating anything at all, Green Cross vet in Wollongong now have our money for our pets ongoing investigation and treatment, and also all future business for our other 5 families pets which includes the future worming, vaccinations, food and other possible canine care. We will be informing the rest of our family and friends of Unanderra vets poor methods of care and I would personally say please be careful if you decide to use Unanderra vet so this clinics poor standard or care doesn't happen to your pets.
