This business has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth! My cat was hit be a car and I was crying so much that I didn't realise he had already passed away. My neighbour drove me to this vet, and I was told he was already dead. I was then sent a bill for $104! What a joke! Money grubbers!

Our beloved family little dog "Syd" recently became increasingly ill with his leaking heart valve etc. On our many worrying visits to Fox Valley Animal Hospital we always found Alex (the Vet.) a very professional and caring dedicated Veterinarian over the many years looking after our family dogs. Always thoroughly explaining the medical situation as problems became apparent. Many thanks to Alex, Katie and the team of lovely fun nurses. In appreciation as we sadly said goodbye to our special loyal friend "Syd" from Gail & Fred Nielsen.

Looks like a nice vet but we were very disappointed with the doggy day care - wasn't a match to what the vet told me or what is on their website. There were only other dogs in for grooming that day which would have been fine if I had been made aware that was what happened, I was told by the vet they are paired up with other dogs or same energy level to play with. The courtyard they were in also wasn't of the same standard as the rest of the vets, looked a bit grotty and couldn't see any toys. The back gate looked run down, disappointed that when I asked our dog had been left outside all day in 36 degree heat. I can't really see the benefit of this services and wouldn't go back.

Heard stories of the owner and lead vet Dr Alex being very abusive as well as throwing tantrums easily. Spoke to a few locals in Wahroonga and they agreed, even saying neighbours hear him screaming and throwing things. This sort of information allows me to easily make the decision of NEVER bringing my beloved pets into the presence of such an angry man. Planting lush gardens and creating an image of harmony and professionalism on the outside yet being a nut job on the inside doesn't fool everyone.

I've lived in many parts of Sydney and therefore based on where I live each time have frequented many local vets for cats and dogs over the years. Then one day I met Dr. Alex and despite changing suburbs since, I continue to drive 45mins to 1hr to see him since he's always provided the best service and advice that I've ever encountered over my decades of pet ownership.
He's just consistently & compassionately different. Try and you'll see. Highly recommended.

THANK YOU!!! To Alex and all the beautiful and dedicated staff at Fox Valley- thank you for taking in the abandoned kitten I rescued from the M4 Motorway yesterday! After being turned away by a cold and unprofessional vet at Concord Vet (who charged me $70 to check if the traumatised creature had a microchip), the Fox Valley Animal Hospital crew took in this little baby so that she could be adopted by a loving family. What a beautiful end to what could have been a very sad story. Endless thanks and appreciation for what you do. I continue to spread the word of your greatness!

We had to say goodbye to our 5 month old kitten Jarvis recently as he was extremely sick. I came home from work today to discover a bunch of flowers at the door. Looks like a nice vet but we were very disappointed with the doggy day care - wasn't a match to what the vet told me or what is on their website. Had heard rumours about clinic being overpriced and having rude vets and staff but I didn't realise the said rumours were true. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

If you need the absolute best care- call these guys. Excellent vets, wonderful staff. My cat was run over by a 4x4... Just wouldn't have made it without these awesome people. They really care. Fantast...

Alex and his team do it right for both the patients and the owners. Much gratitude for looking after our cat Octave so well after he fell off the roof. And for the recovery dietary advice.

THANK YOU!!! To Alex and all the beautiful and dedicated staff at Fox Valley- thank you for taking in the abandoned kitten I rescued from the M4 Motorway yesterday! After being turned away by a cold and unprofessional vet at Concord Vet (who charged me $70 to check if the traumatised creature had a microchip), the Fox Valley Animal Hospital crew took in this little baby so that she could be adopted by a loving family. What a beautiful end to what could have been a very sad story. Endless thanks and appreciation for what you do. I continue to spread the word of your greatness!

We had to say goodbye to our 5 month old kitten Jarvis recently as he was extremely sick. I came home from work today to discover a bunch of flowers at the door. I was deeply touched when I opened the card to see that they came from the Fox Valley Animal Hospital. I would have never expected such a gift from anyone other than family or friends. Thank you so much. Your kind words mean a lot. Thank you for all the advice and care. We miss him dearly.

VERY expensive - charged hundreds of dollars more for the same services as other local vets.Tried to upsell/over-service at every opportunity. Doesn't listen to concerns and ignores what you tell him....
