Took my 13 year old dog there almost a year ago. The service was good. But my dog wasnt improving and i was concerned one night so rang the vet who told me there was an emergency number to ring if i was concerned during the night. When my dog woke up around 5am with heavy panting i tried to ring the emergency number but no one answered. I continued off and on till 7am but still no luck. My dog sadly passed away that morning. When i told the vet that nobody answered the emergency number they told me they didnt know why. That it should have been redirected to 24hr vet. I was very disappointed with their response. I've spoken to her several times before because I had a few enquiries and she was so lovely to chat with and offered me great tips and advice. I rushed my dog over after suffering herbicide intoxication, the vet wasn't open yet, I called the number at the door and the lovely nurse opened up and let me in. She was very calm and professional as I was panicking. She took his vitals and gave him back to me. I was swiftly seen by Dr. Chow who was very sympathetic towards my situation. She offered to admit him but i told her I'd transfer him to my regular vet. She was understanding and warned me on possible issues that could occur during transportation. Dropped off my dog for vaccination grooming and wash because our dog groomer was too busy ,worst experience ever, they rang me 2 hours later saying they need to put the dog to sleep because his not behaving which was gona cost me extra $75 , job wasn't done properly face wasn't done also around the feet still had long hair at some places wash wasn't done dodgiest grooming ever and still charging more then any groomer, very disappointed won't be going there for anything anymore. We took our poor Staffy in after being over heated on an extremely hot day. They treated her with the best care I have ever seen. The reception staff where so lovely and welcoming. They kept our baby in over night and where very thorough with the checks they did on her. We've found our new vet!! Very pleased with the care we got on our very first visit there.Read Less

This surgery is extremely helpful in assisting my poor puppy after he had been attacked by a Rottweiler, they were compassionate and understanding and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options and understood my financial situation. They took him for overnight observation and surgery to repair the wounds and he made a full recovery with little scaring and also included 2 free check ups after his surgery.
