Took my dog into this clinic for a check up. Told me they needed to put my dog under general anaethesia to clean her teeth... it would cost $400. This is an outrages amount of money for an unnecesary procedure. This franchise are known for their excessive use of general anaesthesia to gain profit without proper consideration of the animal. This was confirmed when a friend of mine went to the Crown Street clinic where her dog was put under general anaesthesia twice when the issue could have been resolved with one procedure. To further this, I found the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I cannot recommend this clinic. Read Less
