Staff were great and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and the four furbabies were even relaxed which helps a lot to make the visit easier.

Staff are lovely but was abit disappointed my furbaby had two operations in one and wasn't sent home with any strong pain relief, when he went back for a checkup oh isn't this the one with liver probl...

The staff helped me and my family through some very difficult times, and they provided outstanding care for my pet. When other vets were unwilling to make the time, Greencross did, and they saved my pet's life with swift treatment.
You don't need any other vet. You need Greencross.

Never bothering again to come here they are outrageous in prices gouging money from pet lovers . Adjust your prices to be more reasonable if you care at all for the animals of the community

Took my dog into this clinic for a check up. Told me they needed to put my dog under general anaethesia to clean her teeth... it would cost $400. This is an outrages amount of money for an unnecesary ...
Took my dog into this clinic for a check up. Told me they needed to put my dog under general anaethesia to clean her teeth... it would cost $400. This is an outrages amount of money for an unnecesary procedure. This franchise are known for their excessive use of general anaesthesia to gain profit without proper consideration of the animal. This was confirmed when a friend of mine went to the Crown Street clinic where her dog was put under general anaesthesia twice when the issue could have been resolved with one procedure.
To further this, I found the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful.
I cannot recommend this clinic.
