Ordering compound ointment/medication for cat is a hassle as you have to ring the chemist and pay over the phone rather than paying all in one go at vets!

I made a call to Timbertown Vet today to get some information about euthanasia and cremation for my grandmother's beloved companion.
The staff assured me that they use the services of a proper cremato...
I made a call to Timbertown Vet today to get some information about euthanasia and cremation for my grandmother's beloved companion.
The staff assured me that they use the services of a proper crematorium, but after a phone call with another vet and some research i was shocked and totally disheartened to find out that they send their animals to an incinerator place not a crematorium! Please do your own homework before using this place .

Have had recent dealings with the Timbertown Vet Hospital and must say how impressed I am with the professionalism and caring both my cat and I have received from Alison, Laura, Laura and Nikki each time we have attended the clinic. Highly recommended.
