When our cat had a very serious injury , Adam, Angela, Ken and the team looked after her with such care and professionalism. What I really liked as well was that they always took time to update me on her progress and explain things to me in a factual but compassionate manner.Thanks to them she is back home now. We have had several positive experiences with the Team and highly recommend them.

Adam has been looking after our 2 dogs (one of which having required a couple of surgeries) and 2 cats for several years now and having dealt with a number of other vets in the past, he is, in our opinion, on a league of his own. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and generous with his time, always happy to explain matters in as much details as one wishes. We always comment on how Adam has mastered the perfect balance between being thorough and risk averse, while not being pedantic and over prescribing. And he is a genuinely empathetic and caring guy which is not always the case with good, experienced vets. The rest of the staff is great too and the practice is clean and fully equipped. Ticks all the boxes and then some!

I have visited this clinic many times and I highly recommend it. The staff are all friendly and professional, and the head vet Adam is extremely patient and knowledgeable. The clinic itself is a clean and welcoming environment, and it gives me great peace of mind to know that they are just down the road in an emergency!

Their customer service is excellent, however there was no recommendation for vaccinations by the vet throughout the appointment, only after, when I went to pay was it mentioned by the receptionist. ...
Their customer service is excellent, however there was no recommendation for vaccinations by the vet throughout the appointment, only after, when I went to pay was it mentioned by the receptionist. I now have to pay for another consultation fee

Quick, friendly service with my rapscallion of a cat. Prodded and poked him, a thermometer up the butt, some antibiotics 💉 and drops in his ears and the old man is as good as new! 🐈

Competent vets however they need to work on communication. My cat was booked in for two specific issues (ultrasound of a lump and FIV testing) but was also given a separate vaccine without my consent or knowledge. I raised this issue afterwards and the response was "she was deemed healthy to receive vaccines they were administered in accordance with what she was due for and recommended based on her lifestyle". I understand that this was recommended however i had specifically stated that i wanted to get her and my other cat done at the same time and was very specific in what i consented to. Furthermore just because a pet is due or healthy enough for something doesnt mean it should just be done without asking the owner. Other than this issue they were fine - they were understanding when i decided to switch to another vet who was more cost efficient.

When our cat had a very serious injury , Adam, Angela, Ken and the team looked after her with such care and professionalism. What I really liked as well was that they always took time to update me on her progress and explain things to me in a factual but compassionate manner.Thanks to them she is back home now. Adam has been looking after our 2 dogs (one of which having required a couple of surgeries) and 2 cats for several years now and having dealt with a number of other vets in the past, he is, in our opinion, on a league of his own. He is professional, very knowledgeable, and generous with his time, always happy to explain matters in as much details as one wishes. We always comment on how Adam has mastered the perfect balance between being thorough and risk averse, while not being pedantic and over prescribing. And he is a genuinely empathetic and caring guy which is not always the case with good, experienced vets. The rest of the staff is great too and the practice is clean and fully equipped. I have visited this clinic many times and I highly recommend it. The staff are all friendly and professional, and the head vet Adam is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Competent vets however they need to work on communication. My cat was booked in for two specific issues (ultrasound of a lump and FIV testing) but was also given a separate vaccine without my consent or knowledge. I raised this issue afterwards and the response was "she was deemed healthy to receive vaccines they were administered in accordance with what she was due for and recommended based on her lifestyle". I understand that this was recommended however i had specifically stated that i wanted to get her and my other cat done at the same time and was very specific in what i consented to.
