Competent vets however they need to work on communication. My cat was booked in for two specific issues (ultrasound of a lump and FIV testing) but was also given a separate vaccine without my consent or knowledge. I raised this issue afterwards and the response was "she was deemed healthy to receive vaccines they were administered in accordance with what she was due for and recommended based on her lifestyle". I understand that this was recommended however i had specifically stated that i wanted to get her and my other cat done at the same time and was very specific in what i consented to. Furthermore just because a pet is due or healthy enough for something doesnt mean it should just be done without asking the owner. Other than this issue they were fine - they were understanding when i decided to switch to another vet who was more cost efficient. Read Less
