I want to thank Petfriends and in particular Bronwyn for your compassion and kindness yesterday. My parents dog had a number of health issues including blindness and suffered a big fall yesterday, we rushed her straight in and were treated with the upmost compassion. Your service was above and beyond, considering we were with her well after hours. Sadly we had to let her go and this was done was professionally and with so much compassion and kindness. My parents were truly touched by your services and will now change vets to Petfriends. Thanking you again :) Read Less

We moved up the mountains a year ago but had been taking our precious kitty back to our old vets at the GWAH as she had such a tempestuous start to life, we only trusted them. We finally decided to try the vets at Faulconbridge (with the agreement that we would go screaming back to our old vet if the new ones weren't as good!!) Delighted to report that Dr Isabel Brazier was wonderful, patient, thorough, caring - despite being faced with growling, hissing and very rude behaviour from Ziva! (So embarrassing!) She was all the things we hoped for......and very good with the over-anxious crazy furparents!! Sorry, but we will be back! Read Less

The staff at PetFriends is the most friendly and caring group of pet professionals I've ever met. Dr. Russel Bassett is great - there is no other place I will take my fur babies (future and present).

Oh no - the cat adoption sign is up again. Kills me. I'm going to end up the local crazy cat lady, I know it. Oh well, if somebody has to be I suppose I'll put my hand up. I stop in here often to pick up my picky eater's cat food and so far have held out against the kitten temptation. But barely. I am always greeted with a smile and some puzzlement over my cat's name. It's a literary joke, nobody gets it but me. They're grateful it's not another 'Tigger' though, clogs up their computer system no end.The staff here were universally kind last year when my cranky old gentleman of a cat got sick and they had to deal with not only a terrified cat but a sadly near-hysterical cat custodian (ownership is not really an appropriate term for a cat). It was a little confusing speaking to a different vet every time I had to ring or come in, but all were patient and caring. I'm off now to melt into a squeaky puddle at the sight of kittens. It's pathetic. Read Less
