Wrong surgery. Told a tooth and two fats lumps need removing by Gordon. Call three times to get a quote and each time, busy or just wasn't done, but on the third call she says she will call me back. This is over two days and two women (4 calls where I say a tooth and two fat lumps or two lumps). After the surgery, I see my dog has a surgical mark on his back and a fat lump still on his leg. When inquiring, Gordon did not write in his notes he wanted to take out the two fat lumps, nor did the women who I spoke to inform the vet it was a fat lump on his leg. They did find a wart which was discussed with Gordon on his back and thought that is what I was talking about, like I am a vet. But the new vet who did the surgery now tells me he does not need the fat lump on his leg removed. Caution. I paid for a surgical removal of a wart which I did not want done, let alone a surgery to begin with. Trust your gut, I know I did not and this has resulted in the unnecessary. Read Less

I have been to this clinic a couple of times now. The first time, the vet wanted us to pay almost $1,000 for surgery on my pet without even knowing what the issue was - but telling me it could be 'life threatening'. I ended up asking for a second opinion elsewhere and it ended up being something minor which only needed an anti inflammatory shot (no tests needed, and my pet is fine) The second time I went to the clinic was worse. The vet seemed to have the same 'throw money at it' tactic, and was rushing through the consultation - she wouldn't listen to the symptoms my pet was having and how long he was actually having them for, again telling me that it could be 'life threatening' and we need to do some tests and... well basically throw a lot of money at it... I wasn't keen to do so, and was rushed out of the room once she knew this. I really feel like the consultation was a complete rip off, I will be taking my pet else ware next time, where they know what they are talking about, and are not rude or pushy sales people.Read Less
