The receptionists are very rude and condescending. The vets aren't willing answer quick questions about follow up treatment they've prescribed over they phone. The receptionist told me that I had to make an appointment if i wanted any questions answered. The vet I saw wasn't very good the procedure they did stuffed up the next day, I did a better job doing it myself once i figured out what to do. Considering every vet is super expensive, why go to this one and be treated rudely by these flops? Read Less

Not too happy. Asked if they could look at my ferret as I think she might have ear mites and they said yes. The male vet looked in her ear and said he couldnt see any so she might just be scratching because of a grass allergy so he gave me some shampoo and give it to her 3 times a week for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks she was still itching like crazy and went to a different vet. They took a swap from her ear and looked at it under a microscope and my poor baby DID have mites and a lot of them!! I don't recommended this vet for ferrets at least. Read Less

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Greencross Wyoming who took care of my little dog, Charlie after he was hit by a car and treated at the West Gosford Emergency overnight and then transferred . Their care and kindness to us, and him, was sincere and we are forever grateful.
