Ash's first visit to this practice after a stressful visit elsewhere. Reception staff ( sorry I missed your name as Ash was trying to eat all your treats at once!) were so friendly and welcoming. Ash thought it was doggie Christmas! We had Paul as our vet and he was so patient, and I am a huge fan of him not forcing anything with Ash. I couldn't recommend paul, nikki and the rest of the team enough .. our dog archy has regular visits and he loves them and unfortunately our cat angus had to have an unexpected long stay but during that time they kept us up to date constantly and always explained things so we understood. Paul and his team are fantastic. Everyone is always so lovely and welcoming. Our gorgeous beagle Diesel had a long journey with lymphoma and throw in a leg operation too so our visits were frequent and every visit was accompanied by the same high standard. We may not have beaten this horrible disease but I think we may have beaten some of the odds along the way. I cannot thank Paul enough for giving Diesel such quality life. Read Less

We cannot thank Nikki and Paul and the team enough for all their hard work. The care and love they showed Holley was well and truely noticed. Even though Holley had big surgeries she still was so happy to come in and see you all. It made it that much easier to leave her there for her surgery knowing how well looked after she was and how much the team loved her. I cannot recommend you all enough! Just picked my dog Ruby up from having a bath, blow dry and nail trim. She's looks and smells amazing, thanks so much. Dr Paul is seriously the most caring, genuine and professional vet I have ever come across. We haven't seen him for a number of years but knew exactly who we were. He took care or our Charlie boy today and called to let me know he was ok as he knew I'd be worried. I would highly recommend this veteran clinic, I can't thank Paul enough for what he did today for our cat, who was really sick, even though it was public holiday I was lucky enough that he was in and opened up for us. He examined our tabby and talked us through all our options and what things would cost, even though there was something he could try to help we couldn't be sure he would be okay, so we made the difficult decision to put him to sleep, we didn't want pud to suffer any longer. Paul was very kind and caring and we didn't feel silly when we couldn't stop crying. Animals are part of people's family and are loved just as much.
