Thank you so much to Karen and John. We came to Yamba for a holiday and our poor little cavy Shiloh was so sick and she had to spend the weekend at this vet clinic. We were treated with kindness as well as our wee dog, which is rare these days and it was pretty stressful for our daughter to see her best friend sick and left at the vet. But Karen was amazing and even went the extra mile and sent us updated texts and photos during the weekend which made our worries subside. A wonderful clinic all round. Thank you

The ammount of care and compassion shown by the staff here is absolutely amazing. I could not thank them enough for everything they have done to care for my mothers elderly dog and then for going above and beyond when he passed. You will not experience this kind of care anywhere else.

We had an emergency just before Xmas involving our 16 year old dog. The care and kindness exhibited were truly remarkable - thank you Karen (and family?). Not only were we able to have our pet back with us over Xmas but she is now a happy and reasonably active animal - considering her age. Well done!

Best vet in the country/world! Emergency call out on a Saturday night. Dr. Karen and Leisa were there in a flash. Care for our baby, Gilly, and us was fantastic. Surgery done that night which saved Gilly's life. For the next three months, the constant care, love and updates (delivered in lay mans terms) from the whole team meant we knew Gilly was in the safest hands on the planet and that every team member cared for our beloved Cavalier as much as we did. An awesome team all working together to care for our pets. Their dedication shows immensely and we will be forever indebted to their service! Love these girls, their style and class xxx Gilly loves the girls too!!!

Wonderful staff! I will never forget the love and care that was shown when I had to say goodbye to loulou. They really do care more then the normal Vet Clinic. I will also enjoy many more visits with Beau wanting nothing more then to run out the back to check things out as he always does x I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Thank you so much to Karen and John. We came to Yamba for a holiday and our poor little cavy Shiloh was so sick and she had to spend the weekend at this vet clinic. We were treated with kindness as well as our wee dog, which is rare these days and it was pretty stressful for our daughter to see her best friend sick and left at the vet. We had an emergency just before Xmas involving our 16 year old dog. The care and kindness exhibited were truly remarkable - thank you Karen (and family?). Not only were we able to have our pet back with us over Xmas but she is now a happy and reasonably active animal - considering her age. Well done!

Best vet in the country/world! Emergency call out on a Saturday night. Dr. Karen and Leisa were there in a flash. Care for our baby, Gilly, and us was fantastic. Surgery done that night which saved Gilly's life.
