I'm absolutely appalled at the behavior of vets at this clinic. If they can't make a quick buck out of an animal they won't look at it. When a stray animal is brought in, severely injured, their proce...
I'm absolutely appalled at the behavior of vets at this clinic. If they can't make a quick buck out of an animal they won't look at it. When a stray animal is brought in, severely injured, their procedure is to scan it for a microchip and if they find that no-one will pay for it, they chase it out into busy traffic on Elder St/Lovegrove Drive putting the animal, and road users at high risk.
They are supposed to tend to stray animals and release them to the ranger to be brought to the shelter. Totally unacceptable, appalling attitude to caring for animals or the community. Its all about the money. I'm shocked and angry.

Have always found staff to be very professional, caring and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with my visit today. While having my dog's nails clipped i asked the nurse about a lump on my dog's back, hoping to get an opinion on whether i should book her in. There was a vet available so she popped in to take a look. The vet felt the lump but said she would need to draw a sample to know any more. Not wanting to take advantage of the situation i said i would book her in if the lump changed in coming months. The vet was present for 3-4 mins. i was gob smacked when i got to the counter and had to pay $80 for the nail clip because the vet had popped in for a few minutes. I guess if i knew i was paying for a full consult i would've asked for a sample to be drawn. I'm really none the wiser now 😯

I have used all Vet Clinics in town but this one gives by far the best service and treatment.
When i took my Boxer for his first appointment i felt the price was slightly better than other Clinics. Today we went for a follow up appointment and went to pay i was told, "no charge today"
The Staff are very friendly here and i highly recommend to all searching for a Veterinary Clinic or thinking of trying elsewhere this is the one for you.

I'm absolutely appalled at the behavior of vets at this clinic. If they can't make a quick buck out of an animal they won't look at it. Have always found staff to be very professional, caring and helpful. I was a bit disappointed with my visit today.
