We have been with this vet clinic for over 14 years and would never go anywhere else. All of the staff from front reception to the vet surgeons are so fantastic and caring. We have had to have two of our dogs helped to the rainbow bridge and both times we requested this be done at home. Nothing was too hard and the empathy shown was so beautiful. A phone call from Kate the Monday after our most recent boy passed, just to send her condolences and to see how we were shows they go beyond the call of duty. 😍👍🐶🐶

We had to visit this clinic last Friday with our Aussie. We had an unexpected diagnosis that left us devastated as cash needed to be euthanised today Monday. The reception staff, nurses and vets went above and beyond to help us. Dr Audrey on Friday and Dr Debbie Monday treated cash and us with the most tender loving way. Tough as it was today Cash literally went to sleep with us cuddling him with no anxiety or pain. They where exceptional. Many thanks. Ann and Peter.

The positive: Service is generally friendly
The negative: They either lied to us about what shots our dog was receiving or failed to record it. We had a different doctor every time, the doctors were mostly inept (one didn't even know what breed we had). Only one of the many doctors bothered to take any notes (which would be important if you switch doctors every time). Costs are extreme and they will book you for an appointment just to tell you to keep watching your dog and feed chicken and rice (if sick) - which they could have just said on the phone but instead gouge you for every cent they can get at the cost of your pet's healthcare.
Bottom line: Don't bring your dogs here, high costs for poor care

Dr Emily is amazing. So good with my dog. She is a wonderful and caring Vet. Price is irrelevant. You only get what you pay for. I dont think they are any more expensive than the other vets.

Called the 24hr number last night for my Pisces (AmStaff x AmBulldog) and received such professional, kind and reassuring service. Can't fault them, especially the on call vet Fleur. Would never hesitate to go back. Might even make them my permanent vet even tho i live in Melbourne! One of the best vets I've seen EVER! VERY IMPRESSIVE 100% PROFESSIONAL ANIMAL LOVING CARE. We have been with this vet clinic for over 14 years and would never go anywhere else. All of the staff from front reception to the vet surgeons are so fantastic and caring. We had to visit this clinic last Friday with our Aussie. We had an unexpected diagnosis that left us devastated as cash needed to be euthanised today Monday. The reception staff, nurses and vets went above and beyond to help us. Dr Audrey on Friday and Dr Debbie Monday treated cash and us with the most tender loving way.
