Thought I'd do the right thing by giving my dog anti anxiety mediciation, she charged me $42 a month, I found the same medication online for $8 a month from Australia. On top of her outrageous $70 concitation for ten minutes work. She wants to make $34 a month profit off me. I told her I was in another state and needed to get him medication and I wanted a script. She told me there would be a $22 a month script fee. All for her ten minutes work. Will never go back

My cat was brought here while I was away on holiday, as she was suffering from a number of serious ailments, and my regular vet was not able to fully diagnose her. $3200 later she's 95% up to scratch, an expensive stay, but she's alive, mostly herself and no longer in pain. I think it's worth it, and the vet was experienced, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to look after my cat, even emailing me while I was overseas (we had never met or spoken before) giving me updates. I would make this my regular vet, if not for the location, having to drive out to Palmerston with a cat in the car is somewhat inconvenient. Service quality wise though this is highly recommended, if you love your pet.
