Was made to feel like a pleb. Quite obviously not the right class of patron. The receptionist was dismissive and the doctor rude.

These peps are friendly and really care about my dogs. The are sometimes really busy and had to wait but worth it for best Vets around here.

I think this Vet Hospital is the best. My animals always come home happy. All veterinary work is expensive... doesn’t matter where you go... that’s why pet insurance is such a great thing to invest in...
I think this Vet Hospital is the best. My animals always come home happy. All veterinary work is expensive... doesn’t matter where you go... that’s why pet insurance is such a great thing to invest in, but you get what you pay for! I will never have a bad word to say about them. My children love coming along and the vets and nurses are always friendly. They keep the children busy by giving colouring ins and it’s such a great family environment. Love you guys. Keep up the good work!

Took our dog which had an infected ear to get looked at. Ended up paying $1300 to eliminate the infection and was asked for multiple additional sums of payment to help restore other aspects of the ear...
Took our dog which had an infected ear to get looked at. Ended up paying $1300 to eliminate the infection and was asked for multiple additional sums of payment to help restore other aspects of the ear. Seems like this veterinary clinic is hell bent on making money even if it means price gouging their customers. Was very disappointed.

Don't bring your kids or babies into this place because the dr kristina will bluntly and Rudely tell your ur 2 year old off for being a kid. Not only that but we went to only get our puppies 2nd vacci...
Don't bring your kids or babies into this place because the dr kristina will bluntly and Rudely tell your ur 2 year old off for being a kid. Not only that but we went to only get our puppies 2nd vaccinations that they told us on the phone a week prior that it'll only be around $80 each. They add all these other things that they didn't inform us of the price of until the very end when we were finally paying.
Never coming back here again. The dr that we got however was lovely props to her for working there.

Worst vet I have ever been too will never go back. They put down our frill necked lizard and didn't even have the decency to call us. (which they promised they would do once they knew what was happening with him) we thought leaving him in their care was fine as they are supposed to be the wildcare vets. Turns out we were wrong and now we've lost a very much loved lizard.

Took my pup there, as he had been there previously as an RSPCA pup. He had been prescribed tablets, and we went there to get more and work out a long term plan. The vet we saw was unsure of the dog's ...
Took my pup there, as he had been there previously as an RSPCA pup. He had been prescribed tablets, and we went there to get more and work out a long term plan. The vet we saw was unsure of the dog's history and advised my partner that they would call for further information in relation to getting further prescriptions. They never did, so I called two days later to seek further advice. They informed me on the phone that they would get back to me later in the day once the vet had read over my pup's history. They never called back. Now we don't have any more tablets, and seeking a different vet for help given we got none from All Vets.

All veterinary work is expensive... doesn’t matter where you go... that’s why pet insurance is such a great thing to invest in, but you get what you pay for! Worst vet I have ever been too will never go back. They put down our frill necked lizard and didn't even have the decency to call us. (which they promised they would do once they knew what was happening with him) we thought leaving him in their care was fine as they are supposed to be the wildcare vets. Turns out we were wrong and now we've lost a very much loved lizard.
