Don’t even bother. very unprofessional. booked an appointment over 1 month ago for a Saturday morning, organised a baby sitter for our daughter since the appointment was going to be 3 hours and we live almost 1 hour away. tried to call her the morning of the appointment to let her know we were on our way down, no answer. she called us when we were part way there and she tells us she was 300 miles away and can’t do the appointment. We are so thankful that Dr Charissa was recommended to us. Our cat and dog certainly would be dead if it wasn't for her knowledge and expertise. Dr Charissa's consultation/treatment room is in a lovely rural setting, and there will never be another patient at her clinic at the same time as you, which means less stress for your beloved pet/s. Plus there's no typical chemical smell that you would usually come across at most Vet clinics. I believe Dr Charissa thinks outside the ...box when assessing her patients, plus she seems quite intuitive to what is happening with our little fury friends. This is awesome because I don't believe every health issue can be diagnosed with a text book. This has resulted in accurate diagnosis' and correct treatment on more than one occasion when other Vet practices told us to take our cat home because they had no idea what was wrong with her (Dr Charissa diagnosed her pancreatitis); or to take our cat home because there was nothing wrong with her (even though she hadn't been to the toilet for a week); or that our dog would require major surgery to have a foreign body removed from his lung (Dr Charissa's treatment plan fixed this - it took a while, but it worked!). She is a wealth of knowledge, and goes beyond her 'call of duty' with follow up phone calls and/or text messages, if necessary. In a world where toxic overload is real and scary, I would much rather my family (including my pets), be treated with safe products and practises which treat the cause rather than mask the symptoms, and build and enhance wellness instead of causing additional problems such as side affects. Thank you Dr Charissa! See More Read Less
