Last year I brought my new puppy here and the service was good even though I felt judged by the staff for having a short nose breed and being against their forceful suggestions on nose surgery. This year we brought our new pup in for her injections and in the consultation room was told the price would be double last years as they have a new vaccination that is in 2 parts not the all in one I received the year before. I left and will not be bringing any of my pets back. I feel I had a right to know about these changes when I rang to enquire about price as I did ask on the phone and said I was impressed that they only needed one visit a year. There was plenty of opportunity for them to inform me of the doubling of the yearly fees and when I mentioned this to the vet the dirty looks she threw at me I feel was uncalled for, rude and unprofessional.

Our beagle was attacked by a kangaroo just after Christmas this year. We honestly didn't think he was going to make it. He couldn't walk when I took him in. After surgery & who knows how many stitches (seven drains for the wound sites) he immediately improved. Over the next month he continued to improve rapidly & all follow up appointments were explained & progress discussed. We could not ask for better care or service. The bill at the end was no where near the first estimation. We have no hesitations in recommending this surgery who had been caring for our dogs for three years, prior to Buddy's surgery.

Very money hungry practice, my dog has just been diagnosed with cancer from another vet due to seeking a second opinion. If you have a staffy be aware the vet is going to be scared of the dog which for starters doesn't help anyone. Secondly they tried to get a sample of the mass from my dogs tail by first shaving the area with a blunt shaver (which was really bad) secondly could not get a sample then advised I needed to spend $500 on x-ray. Seeked a second opinion from another vet as their x-ray prices were half of this vets. The second vet was able to get a sample without shaving the area and confirmed it was cancer then advised the x-ray would of been a complete waste of time and money. Would definitely advise looking at another clinic

My puppy was spayed yesterday and had very good treatment from all the staff. I was given pain relief tablets for her as well as a collar and a phone call this morning to see how she is. She is recovering well eating drinking resting and isn't licking her stitches so all in all a very good result and for $290 they are the best value for money as well as caring and competent. We go back on the 9th Feb to have the stitches out.

Where do I begin! These guys are beyond amazing. Ive had the privilege of taking our ur baby here and they are so loving,supportive and caring. Their staff and time are above and beyond expectations. I love them. I just had to take a kitten that was hit on the side of the road in and it was so traumatic and they were nothing short of reassuring and wonderful. Thank you all so much

We have clients of this practice for the past 15 years. Their prices have increased every year which we put up with alhtough the latest visit has put them fowl of us. At a cost of $300 to have our 2 dogs ears checked, we could only afford, 1 of the scripts prescribed. Bought this for $50 found online (in NSW) later that I could get this for $20-25 as long as I have a script. When I asked for the other script I was told by one of the doctors they couldn''t release the script as it was against the law. I think thats tripe. Whether it is or isn't the fact the price is twice the market price shows how greedy this practice is and the mark up involved. Abolutely appalling customer service. I will be telling every person I know with a pet to avoid them now.

This veterinary clinic seems to only care about money and not the animals.
Doctor Colin Dickson took blood from our dog to perform a blood test and 4 days later they still haven't even issued any results on the blood taken.
We asked If the test had even been performed and the response was that they were to busy to perform the test.
We asked for a refund on the money for the blood test and they refused.
Our dog passed away 2 days after the blood was taken. This might not have happened if the dog was treated sooner.

Thankyou for looking after my baby yesterday at the Alexandra surgery it was so hard for me to leave my baby for the day , but she did need to be done and she was looked after the staff were great . Will be recommending you to all my friends in the area to take the pets there .I will be taking my puppy here from now on theres no doubt about that

Last year I brought my new puppy here and the service was good even though I felt judged by the staff for having a short nose breed and being against their forceful suggestions on nose surgery. This year we brought our new pup in for her injections and in the consultation room was told the price would be double last years as they have a new vaccination that is in 2 parts not the all in one I received the year before. Our beagle was attacked by a kangaroo just after Christmas this year. We honestly didn't think he was going to make it. He couldn't walk when I took him in. After surgery & who knows how many stitches (seven drains for the wound sites) he immediately improved. My puppy was spayed yesterday and had very good treatment from all the staff. I was given pain relief tablets for her as well as a collar and a phone call this morning to see how she is. This veterinary clinic seems to only care about money and not the animals.
