Good vets but, charging $170 for a medicine that costs $50 max. at any other retailer is a rip off. Be careful and recommend checking prices before you say yes to any treatment.

Highly recommend this Vet Hospital. I was constantly updated re my dog🐶, they even sent a txt from my dog🤗 & looked after her extremely well. Price was quoted on prior to treatment & they actually came under it which was awesome. Only place that works till 10pm every day of the week in my area😁😁

Having visited here a couple of times now I have found it is easy to get an appointment at the last minute which is important to me. The staff are very friendly and obviously passionate about what they do. My first visit was for my dog to be desexed. They were apart of a National Desexing Program (found online) and offered considerably cheaper prices for my dog to be desexed. This discount did not compromise the quality of care she received however, and I am so happy she healed quickly with detailed instructions from the patient nurse. I was able to call and ask questions during her recovery at no extra cost and every cost was explained. Overall, even though there may cheaper places around, I consider them to be one of the best in the area and I would definitely recommend them.

Hi there! I am one of the vets that currently work at Greater Springfield Veterinary. I have worked at the practice since graduating vet school 7 years ago and can't imagine working anywhere else. I have had the privilege of both working as a clinician and practice manager within the business and can attest not only to the high standard of medical and surgical care we provide our patients, but also the genuine empathy and understanding we show to our clients who may find themselves in tough financial and personal situations. My Golden Retriever Rosie, Groodle Chester, and cats Sprinkles and Yoda, have all had to undergo treatment at some point - I am so grateful to our compassionate team for the gentle care and kindness they have shown each and everyone of my animals. And can I just say, Yoda is about the most aggressive cat I have dealt with in my career! Like all pet mums and dads I find it incredibly stressful when one of my fur family are unwell and quite frankly my vet brain goes out the window. Treating your own pets and figuring out what's wrong is definitely not the same! I have complete trust that the vets and nurses I work with will take the best care of my fur babies and help me through the decision making process as needed. Look forward to seeing you at clinic and hospital soon (with well pets of course)!

Hi there! I am one of the vets that currently work at Greater Springfield Veterinary. I have worked at the practice since graduating vet school 7 years ago and can't imagine working anywhere else. Our furball came to be ours via Springfield Vets and their Groodles Australia project. After such a seamless process when we bought him 8 months ago and in need of a vet that understands Groodles, it was back to this vet, for a second opinion on an ongoing ear issue. Their team are friendly, personable and nothing is too much trouble to explain. They'll explain each thing step by step. Case in point? Upon picking up the furball after a small ear procedure we were shown a video of their discovery journey down his ears. They've been consummate professionals and their actions have been backed up my markedly improved results in the pup's health.

The staff are very friendly and obviously passionate about what they do. My first visit was for my dog to be desexed.
