Ordered cat food 10 days in advance, called in to collect food to be told they had forgotten to place the order. Total incompetence what else do they forget?

Third day on holidays our Golden Retriever brought seaweed back through her nose along with large amounts of blood - panic time.
No trouble getting an urgent appointment and a list of all possibiliti...
Third day on holidays our Golden Retriever brought seaweed back through her nose along with large amounts of blood - panic time.
No trouble getting an urgent appointment and a list of all possibilities was covered. No medicine needed and a very reasonable fee (and I am a cheapskate).
Vet phoned us next day to check on progress.
All in all, better treatment than our normal Vet.

Very expensive. Charged $650 for vaccinations for 2 small dogs, a course of cephlex, bottle of shampoo and clipping of one dogs legs only. Last time we were charged for a full consult as well even tho...
Very expensive. Charged $650 for vaccinations for 2 small dogs, a course of cephlex, bottle of shampoo and clipping of one dogs legs only. Last time we were charged for a full consult as well even though we were only in and out for a follow up review. Although we liked their services we simply can't afford these prices!

I have recently moved to the area, and Ruth has made my dog & I feel so welcome! All the staff are so willing to help & it makes our visits so much more enjoyable (for both of us!!) Thank you!!
