I'm a bit stumped as to how this clinic has got 5* all round. The veterinarian i dealt with was probably one of the most incompetent veterinarian's I've come across so far. She was nice enough but sounded like she had no idea what she was talking about or what to do with my male dog that suffers from allergies. After umming and arghhing on 3 separate occasions and not coming to any conclusions after 10 minutes, i finally asked her to prescribe some antihistamines as my boy was getting frustrated (started barking) being stuck within 4 walls as was I. She walked into another room to get the tablets only to leave us sitting in the room for 10 minutes on our own while she had a deep and meaningful conversation with someone else. Not happy whatsoever and i certainly won't be back. I went there about 6 months ago as well to get my boys anal glands expressed only to be told by a different veterinarian that it wasn't his glands and prescribed antibiotics on 2 occasions until i got a second opinion as i didn't want to keep pumping him with drugs that he didn't need in the first place. I only came back again this time round because it's so close to home to see if things had changed but obviously it hasn't. I also think the gardens are atrocious and there is litter scattered everywhere as though they'd had a party the night before but were too lazy to clean up afterwards.Read Less

In the past 20 years this vet practice has manged to save 3 of our animals,. as well as performing many desexing, needles and general care. One dog had been bitten by a brown snake and it didn't appear as though she would pull through. The vet prepared us for the worse, and said it would be 2 -3 days before we would know ... she was home well in 2 days. He also stitched a dog after an agressive attack and the dog recovered well with little scaring. Cannot speak too highly of this vet and the family is extremely grateful to him. We drive past at least 7 vets to get to him!Read Less

Don't expect them to know which animals are in their care. We contacted this vet as our pet had gone missing and was told no one had brought in an animal fitting her description. A week later after searching and advertising that she was missing, someone contacted us to let us know a pet matching our pets description had been taken to this vet when our pet had gone missing. The animal had apparently died during the night and had been disposed of so now we can't even confirm it was our pet and if it was our pet, we can't bring her home to be buried. She was also listed as a stray despite clearly being well fed and cared for not to mention desexed. I guess moral of the story is make sure they check each animal before taking them at their word that no one has brought in an animal matching your pet's description. Read Less
