I strongly suggest not visiting this vet ... visit the Monbulk vet instead. The owner is greedy, unreasonable and simply not customer focussed. They provided me medication in vials which leaked repeatedly. I used only a fraction and they offered a replacement ... first at full price then at 50% off ... somehow they felt I contributed to their leaking vials. The staff were very unfair and eventually dismissive and rude. I will not return and I suggest others choose carefully. Very unethical.

This is one extremely amazing vet clinic. Our darling Sook had surgery today. She had a lump removed from under her chin and lots of teeth removed. Their customer service is of a very high standard and they care for the animals like they are theirs. We are over the moon with the amazing service we received today. Our cocker spaniel Sook is 12 and they took every precaution to make the experience bearable for both Sook and us. We will definitely be using this vet from now on. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts.

I strongly suggest not visiting this vet ... visit the Monbulk vet instead. The owner is greedy, unreasonable and simply not customer focussed. They provided me medication in vials which leaked repeatedly. I used only a fraction and they offered a replacement ... first at full price then at 50% off ... somehow they felt I contributed to their leaking vials. The staff were very unfair and eventually dismissive and rude. I will not return and I suggest others choose carefully. Very unethical.

This is one extremely amazing vet clinic. Our darling Sook had surgery today. She had a lump removed from under her chin and lots of teeth removed. Their customer service is of a very high standard and they care for the animals like they are theirs. We are over the moon with the amazing service we received today.
