We highly recommended him and would not go anywhere else ! Our girls Gucci and Fendi love him and they both feel so comfortable when they visit him at Green Cross Vets Bigger Waters ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff are so caring & considerate, not only just towards beloved pets but parents of pets as well. While my little Summer is never particularly keen on a visit to the vets, she is always well behaved at Greencross & I reckon the people there have a lot to do with Summers (pretty good) behaviour.

Vets are friendly and helpful but I went to get a repeat presciption printed out and they charged $24.90 for something I have essentially already paid for. 1 printed sheet of A4 paper for $25. Absolut...
Vets are friendly and helpful but I went to get a repeat presciption printed out and they charged $24.90 for something I have essentially already paid for. 1 printed sheet of A4 paper for $25. Absolutely ridiculous! Wont be returning again with my dog. Prefer to go somewhere else that doesn't rip you off. Found the medication they provided on first visit for half the price online.

Shocking - took my dog at 8.30am they said they'd call me around lunch time - I explained that he'd been for a walk and would need a drink. I rang at 2pm and he wasn't ready. They rang me at 3.50pm s...
Shocking - took my dog at 8.30am they said they'd call me around lunch time - I explained that he'd been for a walk and would need a drink. I rang at 2pm and he wasn't ready. They rang me at 3.50pm saying he'd be ready in 10 minutes- I got there at 4pm and they'd only just started. I got him at 4.40pm - he went crazy - he'd been cut and shaved so close there was plenty of blood - he came home and drank a huge amount of water - it cost me $70 to pretty much torture my dog - give it a big miss - the vets are great but they've sublet a really bad groomer

Staff was flexible in getting our pup an unscheduled appt. Very kind and empathetic Vet. Very keen on product up selling.

Please check who you are using. Took my two small dogs to this groomers after moving from interstate, both came back to me very frightened & with razor burn in multiple areas which required treatment by our vet - both are now terrified of being groomed. I have to take them to a specialist with sedation. Would never take my pets here again.

The staff are so caring & considerate, not only just towards beloved pets but parents of pets as well.
