Just want to thank Dr.Sarah and her staff for the best treatment for my cat Gecko.Gecko was presented to Dr.Sarah with a abcesss due to another cat fight the little bugger she also picked up a tic on him too.My other vet would of over looked that, his still on watch but the service she gave to my cat I'll never forget .So I'm transferring all of Gecko's history to this brilliant vet. I'm a little disillusioned with vets at the moment. My cat Dash presented with a brown snake bite and you told me that it would cost $1000 with a 50/50 chance of survival, and that we would have to pay regardless of the outcome. But after looking at Midland VET Hospital web site it says that cats have a 90-95% survival rate with anti venom and 40-50% survival rate without anti venom! But you told me Dash would not survive without anti venom. Yes Dash was paralysed in the legs but that wasn't permanent that was just the venom. And Dash was still breathing on her own and she wasn't bleeding anywhere. Is it possible then that her symptoms would have improved at that point and not gotten worse? Now if you pay a bricklayer to build you a wall and it leans to one side would you want to pay them? If you pay a plumber to work on your bath and he floods your bathroom would you want to pay them? Would I want to pay a vet $1000 with anything less than the best? Would I want to pay a vet $1000 with anything less then the return of a healthy animal? The bottom line is I don't pay vets to put animals down, I pay them to fix them! Heck I should have left Dash in the backyard. He wasn't in any pain. Heck he may of even survived! And I wouldn't have had to pay you $150 to put him down. Read Less

Craig was amazing, giving everything he had to help keep my precious cat, Raja alive. The follow up care he provided was outstanding. He ensured that Raja was healthy and that I was not a bundle of nerves. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Through out the whole ordeal, Craig treated Raja as if he was his own, showing him respect and kindness. This place is an absolute joke they reckon they thoroughly checked our dog but found they didn't do anything to help him. When we went to confront them about the matter, they were absolutely rude and told us not to come back after throwing our refund money at us! Great place the two we have seen are warm and welcoming and Trio likes them. On the pricey side but worth it to have same vet working on our cat (they got to know one another and vet is pleasant and ready to answer questions) I give it 4/4 for now (only gone twice) and yes i would use them in the future.
