I'm really happy with the caring nature of the staff and the Healthy Pets Plus has saved my over $500 in less than 3 months (as my dog had 2 unexpected injuries)

Absolutely awful. Green cross is a financially motivated practice. Vets come and go with little knowledge. My beautiful dog suffered because the vet "Champ' treating her didn't have a clue. her urine...
Absolutely awful. Green cross is a financially motivated practice. Vets come and go with little knowledge. My beautiful dog suffered because the vet "Champ' treating her didn't have a clue. her urine sample remained in their fridge (Not sent to Brisbane) while her condition deteriorated. When I call "Champ" he actually said "I don't know what to do" and subsequently refused to open up the practice, she died in my arms at home. He wouldn't even euthanize her.

Excellent clinic with compassionate vets where my partner and I have been bringing our cat and two dogs for years now. Good service, the other day we had an appointment in their Redlynch branch with one of their new vet who was nice and took the time to answer all our questions. For me they have the most reasonable prices in town, and have saved my golden retriever from a critical tick paralysis a year ago- forever thankful for that.
