Lynelle, the new practice manager, is amazing and is always happy to help me. David and Randall are amazing and knowledgeable vets and have always treated me and my pets with compassion. I've been a client of this business for around 6 years and have never been so disgusted as I am today Clearly there have been staff changes Took Mitzy and her bestie Gucci in for a bath at the Bargara clinic came back 2 hours later to pick them up to find they had been washed left wet I the cages and the girl was off to lunch for 45 more minutes Clearly the man in charge there had a total lack of caring and concern but was anxious to take the money of course I took them home dried them and cleaned their faces and tried to warm them. Gucci is 11 years old Disgusting treatment of both of the dogs but even more so an older dog. Most caring service I have ever found for our other members of our family, (4 legged).Two of the vets there, David & Randall have been caring for our dogs & cats for the past twenty+ years now, despite the fact I now live 70 klm away, we would not consider changing vets, as we have found over the years that their pricing matches or cuts their competition, but it is the attention the animal itself receives that matters the most to us. Whatever is done or needs to be done is fully explained, & if we have trouble understanding they can help us out by showing us on a whiteboard or pictures, or even a videos at times. They also offer us a daycare service if we go shopping instead of leaving our pet in the care. They have a grooming service, sell pet food and merchandise. I cannot commend the vets & other nursing staff enough for the TLC service they have given each time I have had to send my furry friends to heaven. They are always on call 24/7, what else could you ask for from a vet surgery. I give them 6 stars. Read Less
