At Vetcall Burleigh, our mission is to deliver a thorough, professional, and caring veterinary experience. Dr. Kirsty and her dedicated team of skilled veterinarians and nurses are here to provide education, guidance, and support to help your pet live a long, joyful, and healthy life. We offer a wide range of services, including vaccinations, desexing, microchipping, dental care, surgeries, ultrasonography, radiology, in house pathology and more. Additionally, we can help with pet behavior, skin issues, and weight management. Our clinic also stocks a selection of vet-recommended pet foods, including Hills, Royal Canin, and Prime100. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friends to our clinic!

We have been a patient of Burelight Vetcall since 2007. Yesterday I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner has to make to put my girl to sleep and out of suffering. I called your surgery at 8am only for the Vet to refuse to see us. YES I 100% understand you were booked out, BUT when we really needed our Vet you were not there for us after 12 years I think that is appaling. This was not the 1st time that you have failed us! I have seen a rapid decline since Rob has left the surgery.
Thankfully yesterday we found the most amazing compassionate vet who went over and beyond to make us feel relaxed and my girl comfortable and at peace.
I will never ever recommend your clinic to anyone and after sharing our experience on social media I have found out I am not the only one who thinks your surgery has gone downhill.

Presented with injured wildlife, did not appear terribly interested, suggested I take the sick wildlife home, rest it for a couple of hours and then release. The animal was too sick, and was eventually put down by Currumbin Sanctuary.

Thank you for fixing what another 'vet' messed up
The whole team from the receptionist to the Vet, are just amazing. I took my dog to them, in a mess, from another vet that left tooth fragments in his mouth, after a routine tooth extraction. They were able to fix him right up! The other vet tried to charge me more money to fix his own mistake. The Vetcall Team were kind to Scruffy, and to me, and they made sure he was in tip top shape before handing him back. That's what we call 'Experts in their field'! Do yourself a favor and check google reviews before you go to a vet, I have learned my lesson well.

Best vets, best nurses, overall best vet on the Gold Coast. Never had any issues, have performed surgery on my cat and was very thorough. Would not take my pets anywhere else.

A major, actually HUGE shoutout to the Vetcall at Treetops and their staff for letting me off my bill and letting me come back and pay it later this week as unknown money was drawn out of my account. I definitely recommend their services, this is the second time they've helped Cheech and this time they helped us out big time! What goes around certainly does comes around! We have been a patient of Burelight Vetcall since 2007. Yesterday I had to make the hardest decision a pet owner has to make to put my girl to sleep and out of suffering. I called your surgery at 8am only for the Vet to refuse to see us. The whole team from the receptionist to the Vet, are just amazing. I took my dog to them, in a mess, from another vet that left tooth fragments in his mouth, after a routine tooth extraction. They were able to fix him right up! The other vet tried to charge me more money to fix his own mistake.
