My Mum and 2 of my children took my white shepherd here for me as she has a very bad ear infections. My 17 and 11 year old could not be more impressed with the way Eric treated our fur baby she is a little nevour when meeting people. But had no problem with Eric he took his time with her and she is now on the way to having no ear infections. I can not thank you enough Eric for making my baby feel welcome and safe. Will definitely be recommending. And Eboni says thank you I am not shaking my head anymore.

On behalf of a close friend, I post the following note to this site ... I wish to thank both Vicky and Ricky for helping me through the terrible task of having my cat, "Boo" put to sleep on Saturday the 2nd. of June, this year. Vicky, the vet was absolutely fantastic and really had Boo's interest at heart. The was no hurry and she was so kind to Boo, even to the extent of giving him a light sedative to calm him before the final injection. I have never experienced a situation... before where a vet showed such compassion when performing such a terrible task. Ricky, the nurse that was also on reception that day also went out of her way to make the initial 'phone call as easy as it could be, and made the whole time at the vets relatively bearable. Personally, I think ladies should be used as an example of how such a heartbreaking time should be handled by vets everywhere. I am just sorry I did not know of this veterinary surgery before that day as I would have had all our past animals treated here. On a final note, thank you Vicky and thank you Ricky for your compassion and assistance to both Boo and myself. With much gratitude, Royce See More

Will never take my pet to any other vet! Eric and his staff are so professional and caring and I can’t recommend them highly enough! We have taken all our pets here over the years, but after a horrible experience with a chain store vet( family accidentally took pet to wrong vet for us), it has reiterated just how awesome Eric and his team are. 6 Stars if I could 🙌🏼

He was very thorough; caring and direct....and the prices are great. His nursing staff are easy to speak with and put any woes at ease. I usually head over towards Bribie and have done so for years, however, have decided to start bringing my animals to Eric. Thanks Eric

Took my cat here for a second opinion as she has a skin condition yet to be determined but already seeing results from just simple alternate measures and happy to see that Eric went above and beyond to help my little fur baby... Fingers crossed we find a cause but all in time. I'm relieved to find someone who sees it as concerning as I do. Thank you for all the help this afternoon. Tamara from eric broads told me to put my dog down and even threatened to send the rspca around to my house if I didnt put her down. I went and booked a specialist to come to her home environment wher...

I went and booked a specialist to come to her home environment where she gave bundy the all clear and prescribed some painkillers and steriods for her and said her blood flow is good very responsive dog specially to her daddy :). So I just wanted to say a big fuck you to tamara we didnt ask for your personal opinion we went there and forked out thousands for a medical opinion and treatment not to put her down

My Mum and 2 of my children took my white shepherd here for me as she has a very bad ear infections. My 17 and 11 year old could not be more impressed with the way Eric treated our fur baby she is a little nevour when meeting people. But had no problem with Eric he took his time with her and she is now on the way to having no ear infections. I can not thank you enough Eric for making my baby feel welcome and safe.
