We called these guys today...when our beloved old dog Jasper (15.1/2 yrs) was struggling and had deteriorated markedly in a short time. The person who answered the phone was empathic and caring and offered great support, she organised an appointment quickly to ensure Jasper didn't suffer more than necessary. The Vet doctor carried Jasper from the consult room to make him comfortable. They managed everything...because we were incapable...in our grief...thankyou...thankyou...we would have paid anything...but the cost was so reasonable and the experience...priceless... amazing ...JnR Chappell

I recently changed vets after the large "franchise" vets turned me away, twice, saying they were too busy doing teeth cleaning to see my sick cat. I called Caloundra Vet letting them know that my cat just didn't seem right. They saw him within 40 minutes of my phone call, even after already running behind that day. I am very appreciative of the service and compassion these guys show. I won't be taking my animals anywhere else.

This was our first visit to the clinic. We were warmly greeted and and taken to wait in one of the consultation rooms as we had a skittish cat and a few dogs were in the waiting area. Veronica got us set up with some chairs and water to wait. Colin was fantastic and sorted our cat out straight away. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be using your clinic from now on. Highly recommend 😊🐈
