I have had both bad & good experiences with this Vet Surgery, with the bad experiences the Vet is no longer there and the other vet doesn't work at this location often. The current vet that I have been seeing there for my dog with Cushings Disease is good. I am not inclined to recommend this vet after my personal experience, they are great for general stuff - I have not had them treat any cattle yet, only my dogs, but based on that alone I would only use them for general stuff. I dont have alot of options living where I do and my dog cannot travel long distances in the car...

Great service. Super caring and friendly staff. Dogs loved it (treats!). I would highly recommend them to anyone!

A big thank you to Stacey and Courtney for taking such great care of Ralph last week for tick paralysis. Luckily, we got him to the clinic in time and being the little fighter he is, Ralph is now back...
A big thank you to Stacey and Courtney for taking such great care of Ralph last week for tick paralysis. Luckily, we got him to the clinic in time and being the little fighter he is, Ralph is now back playing with his girlfriends. You do an amazing job and Crows Nest really benefits from having the clinic in town!

I have only used them once...and I will NEVER use them again.... and from what I am hearing around town....there is more bad stories....then good ones......R.I.P Bella...if only I had taken you to ano...

The clinic has contacted us since our review and have expressed their sincere apologies. They assured us that the euthanasia was not done on the cheap. They indicated that they would review their procedures. When it comes to euthanasia, it is a stressful time for all of us. We welcome their response.

I have had both bad & good experiences with this Vet Surgery, with the bad experiences the Vet is no longer there and the other vet doesn't work at this location often. The clinic has contacted us since our review and have expressed their sincere apologies. They assured us that the euthanasia was not done on the cheap. They indicated that they would review their procedures. When it comes to euthanasia, it is a stressful time for all of us. We welcome their response.
